Registration for Sponsor/Mentor Couple Training.

These workshops are for married couples who are willing to become Sponsor/Mentor Couples for their church or organization. Usually these folks have been "recruited" by their pastor or a marriage educator.

The registration form makes it easier to plan for the Sponsor/Mentor Couple Training Workshop because the Trainer and those hosting the training will know how many couples to prepare for.

Usually the pastor or marriage educator assigns someone to take responsibility for filling out the Registration Form (fill out the form for each couple separately). Couple can also fill out this form for themselves.
