Twogether in Texas Survey

For couples buying their marriage license in Texas

The State of Texas provides a Web-based Twogether in Texas Customer Satisfaction Survey for couples who participate in a state approved marriage preparation program (such as For Better and For Ever) and obtain a Certificate of Completion from the State of Texas which will qualify them for a discount on their marriage license purchased in Texas.

When you have completed the sessions with your sponsor couple (i.e. the "before the wedding sessions"), contact your church to obtain the Certificate of Completion [Usually this will be issued by your church; if you are not sure about that call me at 210-534-1129].

When you have the Certificate of Completion (that you will give the county clerk to get the special discount on your Texas marriage license) you will use information on it to fill out the Customer Satisfaction Survey on the Twogether in Texas web site.
NOTE this important information for filling out Question #1 & #3 of the Customer Satisfaction Survey .
- Question #1 asks for "The Class instructor's name", type in the name of the "Official Signature" on your Certificate of Completion.
- Question #3 asks for the "Date of your marriage and relationship skills class," type in the Date on your Certificate of Completion.
The survey should be completed as soon as possible after you have received your Certificate of Completion. Even though you will remain in contact with your sponsor couple after you are married, this survey is designed to get your feedback when the experience of marriage preparation is fresh in your mind. By the way, each person ~ you and your partner ~ fills out the survey separately because it is NOT assumed you will have the same feedback.
