If you ordered a DVD, we have learned ~ unfortunately ~ that not all DVD players are the same.  If you have any trouble playing our DVD, contact CP Media at 800-227-5281 for assistance.  They will "work with you" to replace the DVD with another one, or replace the DVD with videos, or refund whatever you paid.

We want to make sure that you are a satisfied customer.
